From BOWLING GREEN HIGH SCHOOL
The Bowling Green Exchange Club and Bowling Green High School have announced that Sarah Reid is the January 2026 Student of the Month. She is a senior at BGHS and will graduate on May 24. She is the daughter of Heather and Bradley Reid.
Reid’s school honors and activities include membership in the National Honor Society, StuCrew, Symphonic Band, and the Senior Art program. She is also a clarinet section leader in the BGHS Marching Band. Throughout her time at BGHS, Reid has taken a rigorous academic schedule that includes numerous AP and College Credit Plus courses.
Reid is actively involved in leadership and service both in and out of school. She was selected to represent BGHS as a Girls’ State delegate, an honor recognizing leadership, scholarship, and civic engagement. Reid also volunteers at the local humane society. Outside of the school year, she works as a lifeguard at the city pool and volunteers at the public library during the summer months.
Reid has earned a 4.369 GPA and a composite ACT score of 35. After high school, she plans to attend college to pursue a degree in environmental science.
