Sheryl S. Wright, 75, of Bloomdale, Ohio passed away August 30, 2025. She was born March 4, 1950 in Bowling Green to the late Paul and Mary Ellen (Bressler) Rothenbuhler. She married John Wright and he survives in Bloomdale.
Sheryl worked in the cafeteria at Elmwood Schools for many years where she was fondly referred to as “Aunt Sheryl” by all the kids. She enjoyed attending garage sales and flea markets. What brought her the most joy was spending time at family gatherings, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and activities and taking care of her five dogs.
Along with her husband John, Sheryl is survived by her son Andy (Christine) Wright of Cygnet, Ohio, grandchildren Mallory Shrewsbury an Tyler Wolleson, great-grandchildren Liberty Shrewsbury and Landon Siebert, brothers Terry (Debbie) Rothenbuhler and Kerry (Kim) Rothenbuhler as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Matt Wright and brothers Larry Rothenbuhler and Gary Rothenbuhler.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday September 6, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Elmwood Community Center, 7650 Jerry City Rd. Bloomdale, Ohio 44817. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
