Poet Camille Dungy March 25 – 7:30 p.m.

The Creative Writing Program welcomes Camille Dungy to the Prout Chapel Reading Series. Dungy is a poet who recently edited the anthology: “Black Nature: Four Centuries of African American Nature Poetry.” Click to join virtual event.

Music at the Forefront residency: Spektral Quartet April 12 – 8 p.m.

Multi-Grammy nominees, the Spektral Quartet actively pursues a vivid conversation between exhilarating works of the traditional repertoire and those written this decade, this year, or this week. Since its inception in 2010, Spektral is known for creating seamless connections across centuries, drawing in the listener with charismatic deliveries, interactive concert formats, an up-close atmosphere, and bold, inquisitive programming. Click for information on livestream event.

MFA Thesis Exhibition April 16-30

The MFA Thesis Exhibition celebrates the tangible results of the creative research that is an essential and exciting part of graduate education in the BGSU School of Art. “Ordinary Days” by Adam Gwon April 23 & 24 – 8 p.m.
