The Village Players Theatre is presenting “Sense and Sensibility,” Jane Austen’s timeless novel of love, heartbreak, and hope, adapted for the stage.
Performances run Feb. 12-15, with evening shows at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and a matinee performance at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Ticket prices are $20 for adults and $15 for students. Tickets are available through The Village Players Theatre, 2740 Upton Ave., Toledo.
Directed by Andrea Schreiner, “Sense and Sensibility” follows sisters Elinor and Marianne Dashwood as they navigate romance, family obligations, and societal expectations – balancing reason and emotion in their pursuit of happiness. This production blends humor, elegance, and emotional depth, bringing Austen’s beloved characters to life.
