A Toledo man was arrested Sunday (Feb. 1) after Bowling Green Police responded to an apartment in the 300 block of South Mercer Road around 2:42 a.m.
Andreas Ladd Jr., 27, was charged with domestic violence and assault, and taken to Wood County Jail.
Witnesses at the apartment said Ladd was arguing with a person who refused to give him her car keys. He allegedly pulled the woman off a couch, threw her against a wall, pinned her to the ground, and threatened her with his fist.
