Organized by Jax Foster of Thistle and Berry the exhibit and benefit features all artwork by local trans+ artists representing a variety of media.

This benefit raises money for No More Dysphoria, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to helping trans and gender non-conforming individuals with financial aspects of their transitions, including surgeries, HRT, gofundme’s, transportation to and from appointments, community needs, gender-affirming clothing, and more.

According to Foster: “As we move forward in our current political climate, as my friends and peers lose their healthcare, and my queer family seeks community and love, I think it’s imperative that people be able to access whatever resources they can as well as facilitate spaces of queer joy and expression.”

The organizer is also seeking donations of raffle items as well as monetary contributions. Those interested in making either a raffle item or financial donation should contact: transcendence.benefit@gmail.com.
