From VILLAGE MARKETPLACE
Summer is well on its way, and it is during this time the Village Marketplace is providing a unique shopping experience to area consumers.
The Village Marketplace is an opportunity for consumers to shop from a variety of local small businesses, many of which specialize in handcrafted and artisan items. Our current vendors include: jewelry, candles, wreaths, fresh baked goods, decorative signs, wood crafted décor, covid masks, yard decoration and plants, as well as personal care items such as bath bombs, soap, body scrubs. We are also please to feature representatives from well-known and quality companies such as Tastefully Simple,
SeneGence (LipSense), Color Street, DuTerra, Paparazzi, Food Truck(s) and many more. This carefully curated blend of entrepreneurs is designed to bring a variety of products to local shoppers.
The next Village Marketplace is taking place on August 29, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Wood County Fairgrounds in Bowling Green, 13800 West Poe Road. Additional dates at this location in Bowling Green are September 26, October 24, November 29, and December 12. Starting in September we will relocate to another building on the Fairgrounds. Presently we are located in the Garden Building just inside the front gate. All events are free and open to the public.
The Village Marketplace will also be seeking vendors for these events. If a local small business would like to be a part of any of the Village Marketplace events, they are encouraged to request an application by emailing villagemarketplaces@gmail.com
We are dedicated to providing a Covid safe environment by following all State mandated regulations. This pairs with our shoppers having a fun and unique shopping experience that is pet and family-friendly featuring our local small business.
