The City of Bowling Green’s Water Distribution Division has announced that the water main line located along Conneaut Avenue from Wintergarden Road to Mitchell Road needs to be replaced. The current water main, along with service connections, is becoming unserviceable, requiring numerous repairs annually. The replacement project has been scheduled to begin within the next few weeks – no later than Nov. 1.
During this project, traffic restrictions from Wintergarden to Mitchell will occur. Once service line connections begin, boil orders will be issued; this may include customers east of Wintergarden. Affected property owners will be notified before any boil order is implemented.
