From WOOD COUNTY DISTRICT PUBLIC LIBRARY
The Wood County District Public Library invites the community to its 150th birthday party. There will be an afternoon of activities and cake on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 1 – 4 p.m., at the Bowling Green library, 251 N. Main St.
Events include:
- 1 p.m. – Welcome and remarks
- 1:30 p.m. – Cake-cutting
- 2 p.m. – Building history sign tour & discussion
- 2 p.m. – Party games with the Children’s Place
- 3 p.m. – Library trivia with information services
