The National Association of Conservation Districts and Wood Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) have announced the theme for the 2025 Stewardship Week: “Home is Where the Habitat is.”
This theme highlights the essential role of both natural and managed habitats in conservation efforts.
The Stewardship Week theme is also the poster contest theme. The Wood SWCD is offering an opportunity for Wood County K-12 students to create hand-drawn, digital, or Braille posters focusing on a stewardship message.
