The Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Division will be closing East Court Street from Prospect to the entrance of City Parking Lot 1 on Sept. 24 and 25. Each day, the road will close at 7:30 a.m. and reopen at 4 p.m. Access to City Parking Lot 1 will be maintained from Main Street. This closure is required for the replacement of a water service line.
