Bowling Green City Council member William Herald will hold his 45th fourth ward quarterly meeting on Tuesday, May 4, starting at 7 p.m.
The meeting will consist of a general update on a myriad of city matters. There will then be time for citizens to bring up issues, concerns and questions.
