Bowling Green Police arrested a man for public indecency Monday in the parking lot of Walmart, 131 W. Gypsy Lane Road.
An officer was dispatched to the parking lot around 5 p.m., after a caller asked that police check on the welfare of a man. The caller stated the occupant of a car had gotten out, vomited in the parking lot, and appeared to be in distress.
Police found the vehicle in the lot, and walked up to the car to reportedly see Justin T. Wellington, 36, of Rudolph, with his pants and underwear pulled down, stroking himself.
Upon speaking with Wellington, the officer reported he could tell the man was intoxicated. He was cited for public indecency, and a relative was called to pick him up.
