Pemberville’s “For the Love of Art” show is open Saturday through Monday, Feb. 18 through 20, at the Pemberville Opera House, with no entrance fee.
Area high school students and graduates from the last three years were invited to enter this year’s show – with a record number of 307 entries from Eastwood, Bowling Green, Woodmore, Lakota, Genoa, Fostoria and the Toledo School for the Arts.
Artist Emmanuel Enriquez served as judge for the art show.
The show hours are Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday from 12 to 4 p.m., and Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Best of Show – Quentin Trevino, Woodmore, oil, “Behind Closed Doors.”
First Place – Karlee Heilman, Eastwood, ceramic, “Van Gogh’s Sunflowers.”
Second Place – Quentin Trevino, Woodmore, oil, “A Mysterious Night.”
Third Place – Hannah Castor, Bowling Green, ceramic, “Never Trust a Skinny Cook.”
Fourth Place – Evelynn Hall, Eastwood, ceramic, “Fruity Loops.”
