As part of the Conneaut Avenue water main line replacement project, Conneaut Avenue from Mitchell to Beech Street will be closed to through traffic on Thursday, Nov. 3 from 7 to 4 p.m. Cedar Lane, from Conneaut to Dogwood, will also be closed during this timeframe.
