Barbara Bagrowski, 79, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at the Bowling Green Manor.
Barbara was born on June 11, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Joseph and Eleanor (Michalski) Jagozinski. Barbara married Larry Bagrowski on September 14, 1968 in the Regina Coeli Catholic Church in Toledo and he preceded her in death on June 20, 2011. Barbara is survived by her daughters: Shari (Shad) Beeker of Bowling Green and Stacey (Jerry) Bingham of Bloomdale; a son: Chris (Mary) Bagrowski of Perrysburg, Ohio; nine grandchildren: Kyra, Chloe, Quinn, Allison, Trevor, Lainey, Madison and, Jaycob and brothers: Jimm (Debbie) Jagozinski and Rick (Lianna) Jagozinski.
Barbara was a graduate of Central Catholic High School, Toledo. She worked as microfilm clerk for the Wood County Recorder’s Office and also at Al Mar Lanes, where she was a cook. Barbara loved to be at the bowling alley, with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a faithful member of the St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Bowling Green, where she served as a greeter and did some volunteer work. Barbara was a staple of Bowling Green Manor, she volunteered her time, calling Bingo and later on became a player. Barbara kept in touch with her grade school friends from Nativity in Toledo, where they would get together monthly for lunch. More than anything, Barbara loved her family, she truly cherished the time she spent with them.
Visitation for Barbara will be on Monday, October 2, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 pm in the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1460 W Wooster St., PO Box 648, Bowling Green, Ohio Tele: 419/352-2171. Barbara’s Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, October3, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the St Aloysius Catholic Church, 150 South Enterprise, Bowling Green, burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara’s honor to Bowling Green Manor Activities Fund or to the church.
