The Bowling Green City Council Committee of the Whole will hold a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 20, at 6 p.m., in the Council Chamber located in the City Administrative Services Building, 305 N. Main St. The purpose of the meeting is for council to discuss ARPA funds. This will be a work session with no public comment available.
