Arts festival will have COVID protocols in place

The Black Swamp Arts Festival, scheduled for Sept. 10-12 in downtown Bowling Green, has adopted the COVID protocols recommended by the CDC and the Wood County Health Department.

Everyone in an indoor space, such as the artist hospitality lounge, will be required to be masked. Also volunteers are being encouraged to wear masks in all areas where social distancing is not possible. That especially applies to the Youth Arts area and the Information

Booth. Protective barriers will also be in place.
