The public is invited to join Bowling Green City Council President Mike Aspacher and his team on Nov. 20, for an evening of light refreshments and announcements as he prepares for 2019. The gathering will be held in the Rotary Nature Center at Wintergarden Park, 615 S. Wintergarden Road. As a leader in this community, Aspacher would like to take the opportunity to share his vision for the city of Bowling Green. Doors open at 5 p.m., with an informal program beginning at 5:15 p.m.
