Police and Hazmat personnel are on scene at the Bureau of Criminal Investigation Building on North College Drive.
An individual came to the building with a powdery substance. He has been detained by BGSU Police.
The building has been evacuated as a precaution. There is no risk to the broader community, but please avoid the area. North College between East Merry and Leroy is closed as are lots 8 and T.
