The Bowling Green Board of Education will hold a special executive session meeting on Thursday, Feb. 9, at 4:30 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance, or to negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance.
No board action is expected to be taken. The meeting will be held at the Administrative Offices, 137 Clough St., Bowling Green.
