The finance committee of Bowling Green City Council will meet on Monday, Dec. 4, at 6 p.m., in the Council Chamber located in the City Administrative Services Building, 305 N. Main St. Council will discuss proposed legislation refining the process for determination of the lowest and best bids on public improvement projects subject to Ohio Revised Code.
