The Community Improvement Committee of City Council is scheduled to meet Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. in Council Chamber, 304 N. Church St. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss possible legislation for banning plastic bags. City Council is scheduled to meet that same evening at 7.
