A man was arrested for menacing after he reportedly threatened several employees at Bowling Green City Pool on Monday around 7 p.m.
Police were called to the pool in City Park after three men made threatening statements and refused to leave the pool when asked by employees. The men had been escorted out from the pool complex by police a few weeks earlier after they reportedly made threats against staff.
On Monday, one of the men had already left when police arrived, and one was given a criminal warning for trespassing.
Morgan Fairley, 18, of Bowling Green, who reportedly yelled profanity at police during questioning and while being driven to Wood County Jail, was arrested for menacing, given a criminal warning for trespassing, and was told he was not allowed at the pool or any city parks.
