A Bowling Green man was arrested for domestic violence early today, after he reportedly punched a woman in the face.
Shortly after midnight, Bowling Green Police Division responded to a call about domestic violence in the 600 block of Manville Avenue. Police arrested Jeremy William Furden, 43, and took him to the county jail.
Furden reportedly grabbed his girlfriend’s hair and punched her in the face. The victim’s face was swollen and bruised, according to the police report.
The domestic violence charge is a felony since Furden has a domestic violence conviction from 2011.
