A Bowling Green man was kicked out of Walmart in Bowling Green on Monday after he urinated in the shoe aisle of the store.
Timothy P. Cole, 64, of Parkview Drive, was cited for disorderly conduct/public urination after a Walmart employee reportedly saw him urinating on the floor around 2:18 p.m. Cole told police he did have an accident, and that he could not help it. He was advised that he was no longer welcome on Walmart property, and a taxi cab was called to take him home. He was advised to wait outside for the ride.
Shortly after police left, Cole again entered Walmart. An employee stopped him at the entrance and told him he was not allowed to enter. Cole reportedly yelled at her and said he had to use the restroom. He reportedly walked past the employee and went to the restroom. Police cited him for criminal trespass. The cab arrived and he was transported home.
Earlier in the day on Monday, around 12:52 p.m., police were called to the Kroger store in Bowling Green, where Cole had already been banned from the store. An employee asked him to leave, and he did.
But a few minutes later, Cole was back in the store, so police were contacted.
Back in April, police were called to Kroger when Cole reportedly refused to leave the store as it was closing for the night. The store manager said Cole was rude and used obscenities – for which Cole apologized. He was told to not return to the store.
But less than an hour later, he returned and refused to leave the store, so he was cited for criminal trespassing.
