A Bowling Green man entered a plea of guilty Tuesday to sexual battery of a child under the age of 10, a second degree felony.
Steven L. Glock, 66, had been charged with two counts of rape, but agreed to plead to sexual battery.
Wood County Common Pleas Court Judge Matt Reger ordered that Glock be classified as a Tier III sexual offender.
The prosecutor read a victim impact statement in court, and recommended a five-year sentence in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. Reger imposed a five-year sentence, and ordered Glock to submit to DNA testing. Upon completion of his jail term, Glock will be subject to five years of supervision under post release control.
