A Bowling Green man was arrested for domestic violence Monday after he reportedly threatened to kill a family member.
Christopher Zam, 52, was arrested and taken to Wood County Jail.
Bowling Green Police responded to a home in the 200 block of South Prospect Street around 11:17 p.m., after Zam reportedly picked up a filet knife and threatened to kill a family member.
While the family member was on the phone with a dispatcher, Zam reportedly picked up a steel-toed boot and tried to hit the caller in the face.
While en route to jail, Zam told police that the family member had stabbed him several times in the neck. However, police could see no injuries.
