Bowling Green Police Division cited a resident in the 1000 block of Fairview Avenue for a nuisance party Saturday around 1:14 a.m.
Police responded to a loud party complaint, and found litter outside the apartment and loud voices and music coming from inside. As the officer knocked on the door, it reportedly opened, showing about 30 people inside.
