Bowling Green Police Division was dispatched to the 200 block of South Prospect Street on Saturday around 9:41 p.m., for a report of a woman screaming.
Officers found Charles Hand III, 18, of Bowling Green, who reportedly said he was in an argument with his girlfriend when he pushed her to the ground. The woman had a bleeding injury to her knee.
Hand was charged with domestic violence and taken to the Wood County jail.
