Bowling Green police, who were called to check on the welfare of a woman on Wednesday evening, found her deceased in her home.
Debra Martin, 45, of 220 Napoleon Road, was found after a relative contacted police because Martin did not respond to her door.
According to Police Major Justin White, the preliminary investigation into Martin’s death shows a suspected overdose as the cause. Her death is still under investigation.
