A notice went out to Bowling Green City School parents and guardians Sunday evening about the cancellation of bus routes this week due to driver illnesses.
Parents are asked to make arrangements for transportation if their students’ bus routes are canceled.
The following bus routes will be canceled this week due to driver sickness:
- Bus #2 and bus #4 will be canceled Monday, Jan. 10, and Tuesday, Jan. 11.
- Bus #3 and bus #6 will be canceled Wednesday, Jan. 12, and Thursday, Jan. 13.
- Bus #10 and bus #16 will be canceled Friday, Jan. 14.
Superintendent Francis Scruci apologized for the inconvenience to parents, and thanked the school district’s transportation director and drivers for trying to meet the needs and doing the best they can during a difficult time.
