Through the end of the month, some Bowling Green city building hours will be altered due to holiday schedules. Below is a list of changes:
City Building hours:
- The City Administration Building will be closed 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 15.
- All non-24-hour city facilities will be closed on Monday, Dec. 26, and Monday, Jan. 2, in observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
Community Center hours:
- Dec. 24: 7 a.m. to noon.
- Dec. 25: Closed.
- Dec. 26: 7 a.m. to noon.
- Dec. 31: Regular hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Jan. 1: Closed.
- Jan. 2: 7 a.m. to noon.
Residents are also reminded that curbside refuse and recycling collection will run on a one-day delay during the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s. The annual Christmas Tree Recycling Collection will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023. The tree collection is not connected to the regular refuse/recycling schedule.
