Bowling Green Police arrested a 17-year-old male on Thursday afternoon for assault and trespassing.
Police were called to an apartment in the 800 block of Eighth Street by a female who said she had been trying to break up with the teen for weeks but he reportedly would not leave her alone. On Thursday as she was getting into her car, the teen reportedly got into the passenger seat and would not leave.
The female reportedly taped the incident, in which she told him to get out of the car several times, and he refused.
A video on her phone reportedly shows her getting out of the car and running to her apartment, with the teen chasing her and entering her apartment. She repeatedly tells him to leave, but he does not.
The teen reportedly grabbed her phone, deleted the videos, and allegedly threw the female onto the floor. Police were able to retrieve the deleted videos.
The teen was taken to the Wood County Juvenile Detention Center.
