A snow emergency has been declared for the City of Bowling Green starting at 7 a.m. Vehicles must be removed from designated snow streets before 9 a.m. Vehicles that have not been removed are subject to ticket and tow.
Also, the Wood County Sheriff has issued a Level 1 snow alert for the county. According to the sheriff’s website, a Level 1 means: Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be icy. Motorists are urged to drive very cautiously.
