Bowling Green Police responded to a multiple vehicle crash Tuesday morning, right after midnight, in the 500 block of North Prospect Street.
Chelsea O’Dell, 24, of Bowling Green, was cited for failure to control and two counts of operating a vehicle while impaired, with a blood alcohol content of 0.132.
When police arrived on the scene, the officer saw a black Dodge Ram stopped in the middle of East Evers Street and North Prospect Street.
O’Dell reportedly told the officer that she was OK, but that she messed up by going out after work for a couple drinks and then deciding to drive home. She told police she was southbound on North Prospect when she looked down at her phone, then struck multiple vehicles parked on the street.
Police confiscated O’Dell’s driver’s license.
