The Bowling Green Exchange Club and Bowling Green High School have announced that Luke J. Konecny is the November 2020 Student of the Month.
Luke is a senior at BGHS and will graduate on June 6, 2021. He is the son of Kelly and James Konecny. He will be honored by the Exchange Club in November.
Luke’s school activities and awards include membership in the National Honor Society and being on the BGHS Honor Roll every marking period. He is enrolled in Advanced Placement courses and enrolled at Bowling Green State University for College Credit Plus.
Luke is a member of the varsity soccer team (three years) and the varsity tennis team (four years.) He volunteers with service projects in the city of Bowling Green and is active in St. Aloysius Church as a mass server and volunteers with Vacation Bible School.
Outside of school, Luke’s activities include working at Kroger since June 2019. He currently carries a 4.579 grade point average. His future plans include majoring in some field of engineering at Ohio State University or University of Toledo.
