Bowling Green State University will hold Fall Commencement exercises on Friday, Dec. 8, and Saturday, Dec. 9, on the Bowling Green campus.
The two-day celebration of student success begins at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 8 when BGSU will hold a hooding ceremony and reception for doctoral candidates in the Donnell Theatre at the Wolfe Center for the Arts.
Starting at 7 p.m. on Dec. 8, a ceremony for all graduate degree candidates, bachelor’s degree candidates from the College of Health and Human Services, College of Musical Arts, College of Technology, Architecture and Applied Engineering, and associate and bachelor’s degree candidates from BGSU Firelandswill take place at the Stroh Center.
A ceremony for bachelor’s degree candidates from the College of Education and Human Development, College of Arts and Sciences and Schmidthorst College of Business will take place at 10 a.m. on Dec. 9 at the Stroh Center.
In total, the BGSU Fall 2023 graduating class includes 1,002 candidates, of which 31 will be presented with associate degrees, 649 will be presented with bachelor’s degrees, 296 with master’s degrees and 36 with doctoral degrees.
For graduates or guests unable to attend, ceremonies will be livestreamed at BGSU.edu, BGSU YouTube and BGSU Facebook.
