Bowling Green State University will honor the academic accomplishments of the Class of 2024 with Summer Commencement exercises today (Friday, Aug. 2) and Saturday, Aug. 3, on the Bowling Green campus.
The 310th Commencement celebration at BGSU begins today at 4:30 p.m. owith a hooding ceremony and reception for doctoral degree candidates in the Thomas B. and Kathleen M. Donnell Theatre at the Wolfe Center for the Arts.
Following BGSU tradition, a ceremony for all doctoral, master’s, bachelor’s and associate degree candidates will start at 9 a.m. on Aug. 3. at the Bowen-Thompson Quadrangle.
In total, the 2024 BGSU summer graduating class consists of 901 candidates, of which 30 will be presented associate degrees, 376 will be presented bachelor’s degrees, 364 with master’s degrees and 142 with doctoral degrees.
For graduates or guests unable to attend, ceremonies will be livestreamed at BGSU.edu, BGSU YouTube and BGSU Facebook.
