A car seat checkup is being held today (Monday, April 17) from 3 to 7 p.m., at Bowling Green Fire Division Station 2, at 1060 Pearl St.
The event is designed to help people learn how to use and install a child’s car seat or booster seat.
Experts will be on hand to answer questions about car seats. For people in need of a car seat, a limited number of low-cost or free car seats and booster seats will be available to qualifying families.
People don’t need to make an appointment for the car seat checkup, but if they wish they can set an appointment by calling Shacara Sneed at 419-291-7945.
