City conducting inventory of electric pole attachments

The City of Bowling Green has contracted with GIS Landmark to conduct an inventory of city-owned electric utilities. Residents should be aware that GIS Landmark employees will be working around city equipment and should remain within the city right-of-way or easements. Those conducting the inventory will carry equipment that includes a handheld data collector. Work hours may, at times, exceed standard business hours with evening work concluding no later than 8 p.m.

All employees will carry photo identification.

The purpose of this inventory is to verify ownership of pole attachments. Questions should be directed to Jason Heyman at 419-354-6227.
