Bowling Green City Council Committee-of-the-Whole is scheduled to meet Monday at 6 p.m., in Council Chamber, 304 N. Church St. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss different ways to handle civil infractions to address nuisance issues such as garbage, noxious weeds or not shoveling snow from sidewalks.
