Clarence William Mason “Bill”, 83, of Bowling Green passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019.
Bill was born on May 24, 1935 to the late Clarence and Violet (Frank) Mason in Rudolph, Ohio. He married Carolyn Schuster on January 2 1955 in Van Buren and were married until she passed away on February 19, 2002.Bill is survived by his daughters: Pamela (Steve) Marshall of Bowling Green, Christina (Jeff) Urbanski of Haskins, and Billie (Randy) Smith of Rossford; a son Jeffrey Mason of Lima; a brother David Mason of Bowling Green; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Along with his parents and wife, Bill was preceded in death by three brothers: John, Robert and Joseph; and two sisters Margaret and Shirley. Bill served our country in the US Army, then went on to work for Brush Wellman in Elmore Ohio for over 30 years. He enjoyed traveling out west and working on computers and electronics. Most of all he loved visiting with his family and nephews. He will be dearly missed.
Memorial contributions in Bill’s honor may be gifted to the Wood County Humane Society.
Visitation for Bill will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019 form 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Deck- Hanneman Funeral Home & Crematory 1460 W Wooster Street Bowling Green. A Memorial Gathering for Bill will immediately follow in the Deck-Hanneman Remembrance Banquet Hall.
