The 2019 State of the City Address is scheduled to take place Tuesday, Feb. 19, from the Wood County District Public Library. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. and the program will begin at 8 a.m. This year’s address will feature remarks by Mayor Richard Edwards and BGSU President Dr. Rodney Rogers.
