Dale L. Haas, 91, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away Saturday, May 5, 2018.
Dale was born in Milton Township, Ohio to the late Charles and Ilah (Junkins) Haas. He married the love of his life Betty Roach on November 28, 1946 in the Bowling Green Presbyterian Church and she preceded him in death on October 22, 2013. Dale is survived by his sons: Doug (Karen) Haas and David (Dorothy) Haas both of Bowling Green; grandchildren: Cindy, Julie, Pam, Melissa, Charles, Dawn, Hunter and Tyler; 19 great-grandchildrenand a sister Dorothy Heilman. Dale was preceded in death by his son Duane Haas, a brother and 3 sisters.
Dale was a mechanic for Wood County Farm Implement and enjoyed camping, going to flea markets and was a member of the Custar United Methodist Church. Dale enjoyed traveling with Betty in their motor home. They traveled to the lower 48 states and loved spending their winters in Texas. Dale was very family oriented and loved the time he spent with his children and grandchildren.
Visitation for Dale will be on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 PM in the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1460 W. Wooster St., Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Private Graveside Service will be in the Milton Township Cemetery.
