A Bowling Green police officer noticed a woman lying on the railroad tracks, with a man standing over her, on March 9, at 1:12 p.m.
Upon investigating, it was determined the man was taking the woman’s picture for a photo shoot.
The pair was given a criminal warning for trespassing on railroad property.
