The 31st Annual Wood County Humane Society Benefit Garage Sale will be held May 22 and 23 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., and May 24 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Wood County Fairgrounds in Bowling Green.
The sale features a wide variety of merchandise under the 13,000-square-foot Grandstand building and the 12,000-square-foot Home & Garden building at the Wood County Fairgrounds.
Bargain hunters can find low prices on housewares, hardware, toys, furniture, clothing, crafts, holiday, electronics, pet supplies and more while supporting the Wood County Humane Society. Additionally, the sale will feature five-for-$1 clothing on May 23 and a $3 “Fill-a-Bag” sale on May 24.
The garage sale is one of the Wood County Humane Society’s larger fundraisers, raising $34,059 in 2024 for the care of animals housed in the Minnebelle Conley Shelter, a no-kill humane shelter owned and operated by the humane society on Van Camp Road in Bowling Green.
