The U.S. Geological Survey reported a magnitude 2.6 earthquake Friday (5/20/23) at 8:17 p.m. 6 km, or 3.7 miles, south of the Walbridge, in northern Wood County.
The 312 reports received by the USGS rated the tremor as weak. Reports came from as far as 4 miles away from the epicenter, including Oregon, parts of Toledo, and Luckey.
No damage has been reported.
