From BOWLING GREEN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce has awarded its Investor Grant for the third quarter of 2023 to Eden Rose Inspirations.

Heather Borsos, owner of Eden Rose Inspirations, applied for the Investor Grant in hopes of using the money to help offset the cost of building a new website and hardware to support e-commerce for her Bowling Green-based florist business.

“We would like to use the grant to expand our technology footprint… This could have a tremendous impact on our business,” said Borsos. “This will give the consumer the ability to purchase products 24/7 at their own convenience. Doing so will meet the needs of our community a bit more by designing a website that embodies our relationship-based customer service blended with the up-to-date concept of online ordering.”

The Quarterly Investor Grants are available to all investors in good standing at the Chamber, and the application is available online. The Quarterly Investor Grant provides a Chamber Investor up to $1,000 that can offset the cost of an employee training program, the purchase of business-related equipment, or applied towards the offset of a BGSU/Owens student internship.

The deadline for the 1st Quarter Grant submission is March 31.
