More Elite Senior Club gatherings have been scheduled for Wood County seniors, on the fourth Wednesdays of every month. The next club gatherings are set for Sept. 27 and Oct. 25.
The events are held at Wood Haven Health Care, 1965 E. Gypsy Lane Road, Bowling Green, back inside the building since the Covid-19 regulations have changed.
Lunch is served at noon and bingo follows. All club members will receive a ID card and can use this card to go to the top of the waiting list if needed at Wood Haven. The card also provides free lunch and bingo.
Members should RSVP by the Friday before the event. They can call Wood Haven at 419-353-8411 and ask to speak with Aspen Short or they can email ashort@woodcountyohio.gov.
The event will be hosted in the activities room. If a Covid-19 outbreak occurs updates will be posted on the Wood Haven Facebook page and all members will be called.
